Squeeze the water out of the spinach.

Drain the waterchestnuts.

Chop the waterchestnuts with a knife or in a food processor.

Combine the spinach, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, and soup mix in a bowl.

Mix until well blended and refrigerate.
|
|
Before serving, remix the dip. Serve with fresh vegetables.
