Jen's Curry Chicken Salad

Background

This is something I threw together with a bunch of leftover chicken. You can chop the ingredients coarsely for a salad or finely for a sandwich spread (great for finger sandwiches served at a tea).

Recipe

2 chicken breasts, boiled and diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved or diced
1 apple, peeled and diced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp curry powder to taste

Mix together all ingredients.

Notes

Omit grapes if you make the sandwich spread. You can also use more mayonnaise instead of yogurt if you prefer.
