Thomas - I used two off camera flash bodies sometimes with diffusers, sometimes without.  I shot over 200 exposures and did not take notes.  I *think* this one had two flashes with diffusers, slightly off-axis from camera (in both directions) to take the edge off any shadows.  Looks like the one on the left is a little lower than subject and the one on the right is a little higher than subject.</description>
