The trail running is cool and all, but I bet they miss a lot of the pretty scenery cause they’re running so fast. I love my rational thinking for going slow. Can you imagine their lung capacity!?
Cynthia – I find that when I have trail run in the past that you do miss some scenery, but it’s so much more fun to trail run that run on the road (in my opinion). I cannot run with a camera though :) I hike with one or else I’d have lost all of my ribs by now!
