| We returned to the Poppy Reserve on the early end of a spectacular display. You can see the results of my flower peeping here. The conditions were cold and windy - not so great for poppies, but the colors and flowers were stunning nonetheless. We also saw a rattlesnake along the trails. It wasn't so happy to see us. This picture was taken just outside of the poppy reserve (you're not supposed to go walking around in the fields at the reserve). |
