Food is a passion of mine. I cook, bake, and photograph food. I enjoy dining out at great restaurants (dives and hoity toities alike). The food I order, that gets photographed too. I also review restaurants. Strong opinions about food? Yes, I have them.

I am a food blogger. Mine is the voice behind the blog use real butter. There you can find recipes, restaurant reviews, and other goodies.
