Butchart Gardens, Victoria July 2007

We visited Whistler for a week in July with my parents at their invitation. One of those days we decided to drive south to Vancouver and catch the ferry across to Victoria to see the Butchart Gardens. I am a huge fan of botanical gardens, and this was one I had always wanted to visit. There is something quite remarkable about this part of the continent that gets so much rain and produces such beautiful flowers in summer. A complete delight.
