We packed and left as quietly as we could so as not to disturb others in the house. At the front door, Caroline had left a bag of fruit, banana bread, fruit leathers, and macarons for our plane ride. Jeremy shook his head and whispered, "Those two are so awesome." The flight to Denver was without incident (always a good thing) and we headed for Boulder to pick up our pup and drive to our home in the Rocky Mountains. Why spend all that money to go to Whistler when we can walk out our door and have the Rockies at our feet? We were so happy to be home again.
